Hi, I’m Nichole Lancaster, Owner of Aesthetic Consultants. I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 20 years it’s really is my favorite industry. My first leadership position was for a $56 Billion beauty brand where I became one of their top performing Business Managers in the South East. From there my love for skin grew and I became a licensed medical esthetician and laser tech. Through out my 12 year career in the spa industry, I’ve held positions as a lead esthetician, a Spa Manager for 6-7 figure Med Spas and Day Spas, a Spa Business Manager, a successful spa business owner and now a mentor and speaker helping others to grow their business as quickly as I have. When you work with me and my team you get strategies and experience that most “spa business coaches” don’t have. I’ve worked in and built spas from the ground up, being able to produce multiple 6-7 figures.
